Booking and Payment Requirements

• Contract Signing
• 50 % Down payment for confirmation (cash or credit card only).
• Full payment of the balance is payable right after the reception / function (cash or credit card only).

Function Agreement

1. Reservation fee of P5,000.00 will be forfeited if catering/function is cancelled.
2. Cancellation of catering 60 days before catering date shall be charged 25% of total catering price.
3. Cancellation of catering 30-59 days before catering date shall be charged 30% of the total catering price.
4. Cancellation of catering 15-29 days before catering date shall be charged 50% of total catering price.
5. Full charges will apply if cancellation is made within 2 weeks before the function.

Time of Function

1. As stated/agreed in the contract.
